Solomon's Bakery is first and foremost a family business. Since 2004, we have grown, adapted, and refined our business all within the confines of our tight nit family. By cultivating our business based upon the values and standards we hold, we ensure that all of our products are only of the best quality.
At Solomon's Bakery, we specialize in a niche style of African and Caribbean Bread. Our most popular being the delicious Solomon's Bread; a sweet, heavy bread that goes great with spreads, with meals, and just on its own! We also make a variety of French bread like Baguettes and Boules as well as some original recipes like our Pumpernickel loaf with raisins and pumpkin seeds (pictured to left).
Who doesn't love a delicious, flaky, buttery croissant? We surely do. Along with our extensive array of fresh bread, we also have a special knack for creating a scrumptious variety of pastries. From our flavorsome Almond Croissants (pictured to right) to our huge chocolate chip cookies to our famous pink raspberry macaron sandwiches. Note: Our pastries are only available at the Mill City Farmers Market and Hampden Park Co-op.
